Cloud access problems

My account shows that 3 out of the 4 lines have cloud access.  When I go to look at the backed up contacts on each line, it only shows the primary account holder back ups.  It gives me no way to create individual accounts for each line. How do I access each lines cloud backups?

Each line needs its own My Verizon log-in credentials to access line-specific things like Cloud.
