I was attempting to retrieve my contacts, pics etc from my cloud account and my account got locked due to 3 unsuccessful attempts. so i went to the verizon website and reset my password as suggested by the error message. After resetting my password from my laptop i was still unable to sign in from my mobile device. can someone help?

rivasja- I apologize for the issues you are having with your Verizon Cloud account. I also use the Verizon Cloud to store all of my contacts and pictures and would not be happy if I was locked out. Letsg get you the Verizon Cloud access you deserve. Do you have the Verizon Cloud application on your smartphone? http://vz.to/1RXIHr9 Were you accessing your Verizon Cloud account via the My Verizon mobile application when you were locked out? What is the make/model of your device?

How do i get my verizon cloud account unlocked i have changed my password doesn't seem to help

After resetting you’re my Verizon password, are you able to select “Manage your content on the web” at http://spr.ly/65868yvLp and log in using your new My Verizon log in details? Have you tried to uninstall the Verizon Cloud application http://spr.ly/65878yvLV then reinstall it?
