Cloud app and cloud web access issues

Installed cloud app and uploaded pics and docs. When access to the app, I can only access Home which shows recent uploads. I cannot access other tabs in the bottom.  How can I fix and make this app work?

Also tried to access cloud website. Manage photo instruction says  navigate Account - Services & perks - Verizon Cloud. But there is no Services & perks. How can I access my cloud  on website?

Hello, jhase. Accessing your Verizon Cloud is a must as we always want you to have access to your stored content. Help is here. I see you stated you downloaded the app, but I just want to make sure we are on the same page. Please see the link below to ensure the correct steps are taken and keep me posted.

The link you sent me is the one I mentioned for web access.  I cannot find Services & perks as it instructed. So I cannot go further.  

Also if you could instruct me about app issue, it would be appreciated.

Hi jhase,

When I updated my Fios plan in early 2022, packaged in the plan was 2 TB of cloud service. In April 2022 I contacted the company responsible for the cloud service and reported that web access was working intermittently. Originally I was successful in uploading 216.8 MB's (pictures and documents) of data using the web. Sometime after that, web access to the cloud stopped working all together and I lost access to the data I uploaded. Between April 2022 and August 2023 I had numerous calls and emails with the support group. In August  I stopped contacting the support group.  As of today I still have no access to the 216.8 MB's of data and worse then that I cannot even delete it!

 

In August of 2023 I contacted Verizon to file a complaint concerning the cloud service and its support. The Verizon rep I spoke to informed me that she was not sure who to forward my complaint to or if anything will even be done to address my complaint. I have never heard back from Verizon.

During April 2022 and August 2023 I made numerous calls to Verizon about the issue with their cloud service but the feeling I got  from all the Verizon representatives I talked to was this is a free perk. So I guess since I am not paying for the service why should I expect it to work!

Currently  I am not using the cloud for my PC or my mobile phone. My wife uses it on her iPhone but it doesn't work properly on the iPhone either.

I been a Verizon customer for 35 years dating back to the days of the plain old telephone service (POTS) and I never expected Verizon to bundle a service in a plan that doesn't work properly.
