I have a prepaid phonr and have only recently learned about the Verizon cloud. After trying to backup my files on the cloud I received a message informing me that do to administrator settings that only backup of contacts is allowed, everything else is blocked. I have searched my account settings to find a way to change the settings but have not been successful. How do I fix this issue?
Unfortunately the Verizon cloud will only backup your contacts if you have prepaid if you want to back up files and stuff you need to actually have a contract.
