I need to download my cloud from line 2 on my account. When I log into Verizon cloud it does NOT give me and option to get from line 1 to line 2 cloud . Can anyone help on how to get to line 2 on computer for Cloud download
Each line needs its own My Verizon log-in credentials to access line-specific things like Verizon Cloud. You'll need to register on My Verizon for that second line.
