I have a galaxy S5 and I keep getting an error message Unfortunately Cloud Stopped Working. I have tried to force close it and it reboots after a bit. Never force closes. I cannot clean out the data or cache because it only says computing..... It is messing with my signal, I've gone to 1x and 3g with one bar where I have no data without wifi. That error message pops up constantly, called tech support to be told that it could be a virus and to restore to factory, I am so tired of having to do that when an issue arises. Anybody else have a solution before I'm forced to do that?

If so then areyou able to verify information backed up on the website? Also, what zip code are you in? I want to check the area t ensure that there isn't any network related activities that may be causing this.
