Cloud extremely slow

I'm having mixed results with the Verizon Cloud.  Just getting it to respond is an issue at times.

1. If I sign into my account, and I want to manage my contacts, sometimes the cloud simply doesn't respond, i.e. I get a "loading" message that never goes away. Sometimes it works, other times not.

2. I have never been able to open the Trash Can. I get the endless "loading" screen.

This has happened not only with multiple accounts, but on devices and on computers.  Sometimes it connects, other times not.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you have had with the Verizon Cloud. You wrote that you have been stuck with the loading message on multiple devices. Are each of the devices connected to the same internet connection? Any trouble loading any other webpages? Go to and let us know the speeds. Try clearing the cookies and cache in the web browser and logging back in. Still not loading?
