Newbie

I already have Cloud, have chosen to have contacts and photos backed up. Screen says "backing up", however, when I swipe downward on my screen, I see "0%, cloud paused, application temporarily unavailable"  Hate going to a Verizon store but I have no choice, need this taken care of ASAP...........thanks for your help though.

kv6419, we want to save you a trip to store and do all that we can to assist you right here. Are you connected to Wi-Fi or our network when you attempt to sync your device with Verizon Cloud? If so, disable Wi-Fi and connect to our network when syncing with Verizon Cloud. Are you able to view any pictures saved online at our website?
