Have you considered using Google Photos or a different cloud service instead? Particularly one that isn't tied to a single carrier.

I rely on my backup to save important content and it’s important you’re backup is working properly as well, ANDYLION. Let’s take a closer look into what’s going on. Depending on the size of the file, it can take a bit of time to backup your content. What is the make and model of your phone? Is the Verizon Cloud app up to date? Where are you viewing your content? Is this online or through the app?
