Why am I not able to delete photos on the Cloud.  It keeps saying I'm not signed in or no data connection....Which is not correct.

You came to the right place for assistance with your Verizon Cloud concern, hammerktmka. Let's partner together to get your cloud account working proper so you can delete the photos of your choice. Where are you accessing your Verizon Cloud account at? For example, are you accessing your Cloud account on your phone, tablet, or computer? Are you using Verizon data service to connect to Verizon Cloud or are you connected to wifi? What happens when you try to log in and check other parts of your Verizon account outside of Verizon Cloud?
