Verizon Cloud keeps backing up music and photo files on my phone, even though both of those things are not selected. I've tried resetting the thing several times. But it keeps doing it, and eventually bugs me to add space... I don't want to add any space to my Cloud account. I like having Cloud to back up my contacts and messages - but unless I can find a way for it to stop including my music and photos, I'm just going to uninstall it...
Being able to designate what Verizon Cloud backs up is one of the unique features of this service LOIHIT51. We want to be sure this is working properly for you. When did this issue begin? Are there any updates available for the Cloud app in the Play Store on your device?
