Cloud links from the FAQ aren't working

My phone crashed and I need into the Backup Assistant to get a couple of phone numbers. The Chat sent me to a Backup Assistant page with an FAQ option. None of the links in the FAQ answers work except this one. 

Any suggestions?

CalliK We can certainly provide you with the steps to get those contacts. You want to login to your online My Verizon Account on a laptop or computer. Once in search for contacts. DoloresK_VZW
