The cloud is not backing up my chosen content.
It stays stuck at 1 of 327. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but am still having the same issue. And I do have plenty of storage space.

I know how vital it is to be able to back up your content to the Verizon Cloud. Do you happen to get an error at all?

No, I get no error message. It just stays stuck on "backing up 1 of 324".

Thanks for the clarification. You have already done a few things that we would have had you do.
Please reset the Cloud app by following these steps.
1.Go to Settings > Applications > Application Manager.
2.Scroll to and tap Cloud.
3.Tap Force Stop, then Force Stop again at the warning prompt.
4.Tap Storage > Clear Data, then Delete at the warning prompt.
5.Restart the phone.
6.Set up Cloud again and ensure that the box is checked on the "What to Sync" screen.
Please let me know if that works for you. If not, we may need to alert the repair team so we can see exactly what is going on.
