I am not sure what I failed to do, but the cloud is only backing up contacts. I get a message stating- As you requested...access has been removed....24 days to contact custo.er service to restore previously backed up pictures....etc. Help?
We want you to get this resolved. Please contact our Customer Service Line at *611 from your Verizon device, or by dialing 800-922-0204. Is your Cloud is still having issues? What kind of phone do you have?
