I know exactly how precious your videos and pictures are! I would be lost without all of mine. At this time, there is not an option to start the sync process from the Verizon Cloud website. The auto backup feature needs to be enabled and managed on the device itself.
I know you mentioned the screen is not functional. How long has this been going on? Which make/model device are you using? Is there any response or sound when you plug in the phone?
