Cloud won’t allow access to photos

I have the 2tb Verizon cloud plan.  With the option to share with 4 other people.  I use it  and it works fine but my wife’s line, it will not give her access to her photos. She cannot toggle on the photos button.   It worked on her phone a year ago.  That is the last time any photos were uploaded.   How can I fix that.

Thank you for your direct communications. Glad to see that reinstalling the Cloud App on the device got your initial issue resolved. Please note in the App, in Settings, is 'Upload Settings'. This is where you can choose to use WiFi + Cellular, or WiFi only. The Cloud App will background upload photos from the Camera Folder (DCIM), Pictures folder, and Movies folder. Anything in a private folder, custom folder, downloads folder, or other apps can be selected and the 'Share' feature used.

For me to check on the Service Level status of her line, and your invite (Group ID, etc) I will need some user-specific data not suitable for a public forum. I will send to you a direct message with next steps.

Being able to manage your pictures is always important. Is the phone on the latest version of the app? Is the phone's software up to date as well?
