Cloud won't log in

I have a LG2 and for the past month my cloud won't update.  I try to open it and it says "Something went wrong.  Please wait a moment and try again.  If the problem persists, try logging in."  Um...that's what I'm trying to do, log in.  Where can I go to check my password to make sure it's correct.  I can get into the Cloud just fine online.  Thanks.

We understand the importance of having a working device. Having access to your information is a must.  Are you trying to access this information via the phone or the computer? Do you see a link that says 'Forgot Password'?

Stop lying. You don't care "how important it is to have a working device," otherwise you all would have repaired cloud service for those that have lost it FOR TWO MONTHS now!
