I tried to look at text messages on my cloud for last year and it only goes as far as this year me does anybody know what happens to our text messages? When I checked a while back my stuff was there now I check and it's not... Any answers?

Being able to manage your messages online is always a big deal. We want to make all we can available. The online messaging tool however only stores messages for 90 days. After that they are removed. You can view more on your phone itself. You can also back up more than that to the cloud but that is only for restoring to a phone after a reset or getting a new device.
