My free cloud stage is gone! Sonya and Antonio, and Manager Christopher basically told me, too bad! I could recover my pictures, music and documents if I paid for the service. Isn't that holding my property hostage? I am tired of being nickle and dimed to death. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and have 3 lines and my bill is $280. Is there a service out there that anyone would recommenced beside Verizon? I have a daughter in the Air Force and a son 200 miles away. We rely on our phones and service to stay connected! I

I realize the importance of having your files saved. Having you as part of our family is greatly appreciated. We now offer the Cloud premium service for a monthly fee starting at $2.99 per month http://vz.to/2yUgXC8
Please know that we have informed all of our customers about this change to avoid any files from being deleted http://vz.to/2bIS4OY
We also offer a 30 day grace period once the Cloud has been removed so that we can retrieve those files back for our customers. May I ask when was your Cloud app removed?

Within 30 days of loss of Cloud services, you should be able to have your content recovered. If you add the 30 day free trial of the 500GB Cloud storage your content might reappear. If not, call 800-922-0204 or *611 and have them escalate to have it recovered. Once you have your content recovered and downloaded, if you don't want to continue with the trial of the paid Cloud storage you can cancel it.
