I log into my cloud contacts or photos,
Then what is supposed to happen when I delete a photo or contact?
Is it supposed to remove it from my phone also?,
It does, I didn't think it was supposed to??

I know how important it is to manage your Cloud content. If your device is synced with the Cloud, if you make any changes to your Cloud account or your phone, it will reflect on the opposite.
