Verizon will only hold content for 30 days after removing or porting out. Also note that Per Verizon policy we can not restore any content without an active Cloud Subscription.

There are a few ways to restore an archive. You can email the Verizon Cloud support team, You can also go to a Verizon store and they can open an AYS to do a restore or from your device you can send an instabug to do the restore. It also may be possible for you to do your own restore provided the Verizon Cloud service level has not changed and you only wish to recover the archive originally upload from your mobile device
