I lost my phone so I got a replacement and am trying to get my contacts on the new device from the cloud. When I log into the cloud on the computer I can see all my contacts. When I go to 'contacts' on my verizone cloud app on my phone it says "There are no accessible contacts on your device or in the cloud. When contacts are added to the device, they will be automatically backed up". What is going on?
Getting your replacement phone back up to speed is a must, PRBroz. This is indeed concerning to hear that you are able to see your contacts on the computer, but not on the device. Let's get those contacts back. Are you using the same login information for the cloud on your phone? Can you ensure that your Cloud application is up to date.
