We bought my wife a new iphone but after installing verizon cloud we still aren't able to sync contacts she backed up to verizon cloud earlier. We can see them when logged into the web account on a browser, but not on the phone.

When you installed/configured the Verizon Cloud on your phone, did you use the same phone number/email address/profile that is associated with her cloud account you can see on the web?
