How do we stop and keep from delete of CLOUD that was done in error?

In the Cloud app, open the main navigation menu (top left) and tap on "get Help" then "Send Feedback". This will allow you to privately enter your request, and the needed account information (phone number and an email where we may reach you), so our team may look up your Cloud history on the server, and restore any archived content you have.
there is a 30-day window, so please do this asap.
