I am trying to delete pics & video from cloud as I have used 100% of my allotted space. I deleted over 1000 pictures & an down to 300 left & 4 short videos. I emptied waste basket but it still shows cloud 100% full. What can I do? Thanks in advance.
Check your trash. When you delete a photo or video, it sends it to the trash. You have to empty the trash to permanently delete the files.
I have a question for you. When you delete your photos from the verizon cloud, it doesn't "sync" with your phone and delete the photos on your phone, right?
I am not the OP but I am having the same issue. I have clicked on the trash, clicked the empty trash button, and I even get a pop-up that says all items were permanently deleted. However, my cloud is still full and when I sign out and then sign back in, the trash has not been emptied.
