I am trying to delete unwanted photos from my cloud. It won't do it on the app, this is a new problem i've never had, so i google and it says to delete them from a pc, not the app. So i go to my pc, open my cloud and half the pics that are in my cloud on my phone are not in my cloud on the pc. A lot of the pics i want to delete are not on the pc, but on the app. Why isn't my whole cloud showing on the pc? How do i delete items via the app if they aren't showing up on the pc? I am using an iphone if that makes any difference.

Iโm using my Verizon cloud. My iCloud lets me delete pics. My Verizon cloud used to let me delete them directly on the app, but now it doesnโt. I have went on my pc to do it, but not all the pics show up in the Verizon cloud on my pc

As far as not all of your pictures and videos showing up on your PC, all information should be shared between the phone app and the PC app without any problems. Please try uninstalling and re-installing the app on your PC.
