Do I lose all content on actual cell phone?

When Cloud is expired, does that mean everything on my actual cell phone that is stored via internal or external (SD CARD) is removed as well?

We want to ensure that your phone's content is all safe, so you don't lose anything before your Verizon Cloud storage expires. I'll be happy to help. What make and model phone do you have? Do you use an alternative method to save your device's content (Dropbox, SD card, etc.)?
