Download contacts from Verizon Cloud

I backed up my contacts from an iphone 4 to the Verizon Cloud.  Later, when I synced my iphone 4 with a new Garmin GPS via bluetooth, almost all of my contacts were deleted from my phone. Then I purchased a new iphone 6.  How do I download my contacts from Verizon cloud to my new iphone or my PC?  When I click the button to sync contacts in Verizon cloud from my PC in Google Chrome, a message appears "Sync contacts has been initiated with device."  No contacts appear on my phone though.  When I took my old iphone 4 to a Verizon store, the Verizon representative synced contacts from the Verizon Cloud app on my phone.  No contacts were added to my phone, but the contacts that were in Verizon cloud and not on my phone moved to the Verizon Cloud trash can.  I restored the contacts from my trash can in Verizon Cloud through Google Chrome on my PC.  Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Never fear help is here! I am very glad that you have restored all your contacts from the trash back in to your standard contact list. When you are trying to place the contacts from the cloud on to your new phone, is your wifi turned on or off?
