Download photos from the cloud

how come all of my photos will not download from the cloud? I select a whole months worth of photos and I get 91 files downloaded and the cloud has 183.

Schwartz6452 I would be lost without some of my photos. Let’s get working so you can get all your photos on your phone. Is it possible you already have some of the photos on your phone? Is this the Verizon Cloud or iCloud? What make/model phone do you have?
