Every time I try to download my videos to my laptop it times out and cancels the download. Help

Help has arrived! Your post is troublesome & I want to make sure you’re able to download videos with ease. What make & model phone do you have? Are you trying to transfer over videos from your phone to your computer? Please walk me through the steps that you are taking to download the videos to your computer.

I actually figured it out. I was trying to down load them all at once from
the web but once I did them individually it worked. Thanks.
