I currently don't have anything backed up to the cloud except contacts, messages, and calls, but it is showing that I am using 2.7GB of storage which doesn't leave enough room to back up my music. The only thing I can see that would be using that is a backup on a previous device. How can I remove that previous backup so I can start backing up my music too? It reflects this on both the mobile app and the website.

We need to find out what is using your storage TinyBurrito! You can manage http://vz.to/1LJEQLJ your Verizon Cloud and see what is using your storage. You can also delete or move the information that it is backed up. Keep us posted

That back up was for 2.4gb, but I have deleted all media that was backed up and stored on the cloud from the cloud website.

I appreciate your concern! Typically the source of much of the storage that you named will go towards the messages as many times these contain pictures that have been sent. May I ask what plan you're currently on as well? Are you currently on More Everything?

Unless you have reason to keep it, delete the backed up data from previous phone.
