Finding back my contacts, HELP!
kjgaroutte
Newbie

My daughter's previous phone (Droid Razr M) recently died and will not even charge to turn on. We went and got a new phone (Galaxys5). we had used backup assistant for her contacts. Now we are trying to get them back and the cloud does not have them. What do we do since the old phone won't turn on?d

kjgaroutte,

We definitely want your daughter to get her contacts back! Let's get you on the path to finding those contacts. This link will have all you need to know about Backup Assistant http://vz.to/1Dxqfyt . We first want to see if in fact her contacts are stored to our Backup Assistant site. Click the link to log into the Backup Assistant Plus Website available in Step 5. Please keep in mind that her line will need to register for a My Verizon account first, in order to access the site that will contain her numbers.
