Frustrated with Verizon cloud, it won't let me edit or delete contacts

Why do I have to delete the entire contact to change one thing in the contact? That is a poorly designed system.

Why do you think you have to do that? Just change what you need to and either wait for the next automated backup or push the cloud icon on the top right of the cloud app home screen. The change should show up in the cloud now.
