I used to have no issues sending pictures from my phone to my Cloud. Now when I go to pictures and "send to Online Album" it doesn't shows up on my Cloud. I am well below my Cloud storage capacity.
Buckeyegirl76, backing up those photos is pretty important. We’ll make sure we help you get them backed up. What make and model phone do you have? Do you have the cloud application downloaded to your phone?
