Getting "Verizon cloud contacts sync failed" on new Galaxy 24 Ultra

Receiving "Verizon Cloud Contacts sync failed" messages when it happens automatically and when I do it manually.

I have an eSIMM in my new Galaxy 24 Ultra (less than 30 days old) and I was using Verizon Cloud on my last phone. 

 

I've obviously signed in. Why is this happening?

Touvio, we understand how important it is to be able to complete the sycn process with your device. We want to make sure that you are successful in keeping your information updated. Is the cloud app up to date? Are you attempting to restore information from your prior device to this device or just backup the information on the new device? Your link was not helpful. I have used Verizon Cloud for years. What do you mean by, "Is the cloud app up to date?" are my contacts synched? No obviously. Did you mean something else?

I am not attempting to restore. Just update new contact information to the cloud. I DID restore from my old information when I upgraded to my new phone but not since.

BTW, it would be nice for someone to call me and have a conversation with me.

I have this same issue.  I haven't changed anything with my phone/account. Why is it not syncing contacts?
