You can call the main number, or log in to your My Verizon and see the info there, and use the Chat Window to speak with the people that can help you.

Please reset the network settings using the steps on this link. http://spr.ly/66031mCYR Then try to set up the mobile hotspot using the steps listed here. http://spr.ly/66041mCYr Let me know if you can set up a new password for the hotspot. Keep me posted on your progress.
The hotspot password should be available in the phone's hotspot settings.
