i back up my photos and contacts prior to switching phones onto verizon cloud. When i restored my old phone back to factory setting the contacts and photos that were on my verizon cloud back up on my new phone then disappeared? Any thoughts where they could have gone or how to retrieve again?

We know how important it is to be able to recover your information. I keep my entire life on my phone so I wouldn't be happy if I lost it either. Have you gone to Verizon Cloud on My Verizon to check there to see if your information is available as well?

So, yes, the information lost on my phone is in my cloud. However, how do I get them back on my phone?
