How Can I Transfer Contacts From Verizon Cloud To My Phone?

I recently did a factory reset on my phone.  I backed up all my contacts, photos, etc. to cloud.  How do I put it back on the phone?  Thank you.

To restore content from VZCloud to the device:

1) Open VZCloud Application

2) Select Menu

3) Select Tools

4) Select Content Restore

5) Select which categories you want to restore

6) Done
