I goofed and didn't accept contacts to be added to cloud backup during setup and now my cloud account won't recognize me as admin and let me change settings. So now what do I do? How do I get my cloud account to accept me as admin so that I may add my contacts and videos to my cloud backup?
Oh no! I know how important contacts can be. I could only imagine if this were happening to me. What device are you using to access the cloud? Walk me through the settings you're seeing to try to get it to sync.
