Help has arrived Lizrtabor. I also love saving all my memories and want to make sure we can help retrieve your files. Have you logged into your My Verizon Cloud Account online via a desktop? You may still be able to view the photos here. Keep us posted. http://bit.ly/xB4iTc

No...the Verizon agent instructed me to delete from a desktop my entire
cloud of pictures to free up the space. I thought they would still be on my
sd card...but they aren't there either...I'm so irritated!

Lizrtabor, I'm so saddened to hear that your pictures were deleted! Let's see if we can get them back. Please log on to your Verizon Cloud from a computer, and see if you see any items in the "trash" icon.

Lizrtabor - Losing priceless pictures is heart breaking. Let's find your cloud content and bring back your pictures. Please sing into MY Verizon here. http://vz.to/1EYTnyL Hover over My Devices and click on My Cloud media and content. Once the Verizon Clod page opens, you will see a series of options on the left hand side. The last option is trash. Click on Trash icon. Anything you have deleted should be there and you will be able to restore your pictures.

Lizrtabor,
Thanks for keeping us posted. That is definitely odd indeed! If you log out and back in do you show the same information?

Yes, I have logged out and back in almost daily...just hoping something
would be different. I even had my husband (he's a law enforcement officer)
use a machine that extracts deleted items and he couldn't get the pics
either.

Liztabor, thanks for the detailed information and we are not giving up until we find a solution to this problem. What's the make & model of this device? Have you used another back up option since you got the phone?
