I can no longer find backup assistant plus on the Verizon wireless page. When I try, I am taken to Verizon Cloud.
On backup assistant, I used to be able to see contacts that I have deleted. I can't see those on Verizon Cloud. How do I get to those contacts? Verizon Cloud has limited my ability to see much of my contact history.

Backup Assistant was replaced with Verizon Cloud. With Verizon Cloud open, hover over the Settings tab and then click Trash. Next to the word Media, click the down arrow and change it to Contacts.

Does Verizon Cloud work on Windows Phones? I've been getting error messages not knowing about the changeover because I was on deployment when it happened.
The Verizon Cloud page says it's for business use only, not for home or personal use.
Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
