My free cloud expired.  How do I reach my data in archive/ cold storage .

You need to subscribe to the paid cloud service for one billing cycle. During that billing cycle, download your content to another device or another cloud service. At the end of the billing cycle, then you can cancel the Verizon Cloud feature.
