How do I access the cloud for each of my devices?

I have 4 phones on my Verizon plan, so how do i access the cloud for each phone. I need to transfer photos from one phone onto my computer.

You can log into the cloud for each phone by using the phone number as the user id, along with the user's password on your computer or from the phone.
