***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. To backup using Verizon cloud, open the Cloud app on your phone and follow the prompts to set up if it's not already set up.  Then choose what to back up.

If cloud isn't working (there have been issues for awhile now), then I would recommend using an alternate cloud service.  Depending on the phone, Google, One Drive, iCloud .... post back with your phone model and we can give more specific directions.
