How do I backup my music. ?

Verizon Cloud cannot backup music because of the Apple architecture.  You'd have to use iTunes or possibly iCloud.

Here's some more details from question 14 on http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-cloud-faqs/,

2 Music and documents stored on Verizon Cloud can be streamed and accessed by using the Verizon Cloud app on iOS devices, but music and documents can't be backed up from or downloaded to iOS devices.
