How do I copy contacts from the cloud to my device?

I have edited my contact list in the cloud and would like to copy it to my phone.  Syncing tends to merge and I get duplicates on my phone.

Gary, I know how important getting your contacts on your phone are. I personally use the Cloud on my device. After editing your contacts on the computer you can sync them to your phone. They will not create duplicates.
