How do I download my contacts as a .cvs file?

How do I download my contacts from my Verizon Cloud website to Excel as a .cvs file?  On the contact list page there is no download button.

On the Contacts list page, click the red checkmark in the upper right-hand corner; it should then expand with more choices.  Click the three dots to the left of the checkmark, then Export All.  Choose 'I Want to Select the File Format Myself', then choose CSV in the box below that.  Change the default file name if you want, then click Export.
