How do I export contacts from Cloud storage?

My cloud storage says I have 64 contacts that I have synced from my Windows Phone via Backup Assistant Plus to the cloud. But when I goto the Contacts page in Verizon Cloud it says I don't seem to have any contacts. I'm also getting this error "StorageMeter. Usage Meter Fetching Error.(-1)" when I logon to Verizon Cloud.

Not sure why, but now the contacts show up on Cloud Storage Contacts page and I can now export to various formats by selecting them all and choosing download. Maybe it just took a little while for the contacts to actually sync to the cloud.
