If you have an active cloud profile when you set your new device up you would just open the Verizon Cloud and run through the setup. After selecting what you want to back up going forward, it should present you with a message saying restore in progress. You can log into your My Verizon page and under My Devices>My Cloud Media & Contacts, you should be able to see what is currently backed up. Hope this helps. May the force (and Wi-Fi) be with you.
