How do I get my photos back, I paid for the storage? None are visable now?

I do not recall a notification on the contents being removed. I did sign up for the storage, can my photos be restored?

You may need to call Customer Service, 800-922-0204 or *611 to see if they are still in the archives.

Once the cloud service is removed from your mobile number you have 30 days to put a cloud service back on your mobile number and have support pull them out of the archive.  Please call support at 800-922-0204 to see if the archive exists.
